At Mats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the color isn't quite right or the fit is off, we are committed to making your return process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your mat and place it back in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
